Urban freight logistics: What do citizens perceive?

Urban freight logistics involve the movement and operations generated by activity in urban areas. As such, impact multiple stakeholders. However, these stakeholders are mostly not taken into consideration when planners decision makers look potential solutions to issues operations. In this paper, results shown from a survey conducted analyzed unveiling citizens’ perceptions with respect system mid-size area. Four hypotheses proposed tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. Results show that, unlike what is generally believed, citizens aware of its on their daily activities.
